Cashman Cottage The Cashman Cottage at 7 Bayberry Court is an example of a beach house with a traditional exterior, but contemporary interior. This home is built under the 1 1/2 story rule with the bedrooms upstairs and the living spaces on the main level. The front porch is set close to the ground and uses open roof framing combined with a flat porch ceiling and playful column capitals. A gable end vault runs thru the main living space with the dining room at on end and the front hall entry at the other. |
